Northern Illinois Prairie
The tallgrass prairie once dominated northern Illinois, reaching heights of 6-12 feet. By the mid-1800's, most of the wild prairie had succumbed to the plow. Big bluestem, purple coneflower, black-eyed susan, and other natives now thrive in scattered preserves.

And what's funny - I received two absolutely similar cards from different people with a difference of several days.
